INSTALLATION
The average statistical life expectancy for heating and cooling equipment is 10-15 years.
(In our opinion there is a reason why all the major manufacturers do not offer part warranties past 10 years!)
Urtz Service installs the following system types to keep your family comfortable with piece of mind.
FORCED AIR HEATING SYSTEMS
A forced air furnace is a heating system that burns either natural gas, LP gas (propane), fuel oil, or electric for heat. Using return ducts, it takes air from inside your home, heats it, then delivers the warm air back into your home via supply ducts. Forced air furnaces have many advantages over other home heating methods.
Urtz Service offers multiple trusted brands of forced air heating systems for natural gas, LP (propane), fuel oil, and electric.

AIR CONDITIONING
An air conditioner can change the temperature, humidity or general quality of the air. More specifically, an air conditioner makes your home cooler, by drawing heat energy out of the house and transferring that heat to the outdoors, then replacing the air inside your home with cooler air.
Urtz Service offers multiple trusted brands of air conditioning systems from 13SEER to 20+ SEER Inverter systems

HEAT PUMPS
Technically, a heat pump is a mechanical-compression cycle refrigeration system that can be reversed to either heat or cool a controlled space. Think of a heat pump as a heat transporter constantly moving warm air from one place to another, to where it’s needed or not needed, depending on the season. Even in air that seems too cold, heat energy is present. When it's cold outside, a heat pump extracts what outside heat is available and transfers it inside. When it’s warm outside, it reverses directions and acts like an air conditioner, removing heat from your home.
Urtz Service offers multiple trusted brands of heat pump systems from 13SEER to 20+ SEER Inverter systems

DUCTLESS MINI SPLITS
Ductless systems utilize one blower and evaporator unit per room. This head unit is connected to an outside condensing unit via refrigeration lines. Some of the benefits of ductless systems are that conventional duct work is not required and multiple indoor heads can be connected to one outside unit. This means you can control the comfort in any individual room that has one head installed. Ductless systems come in single zone and multiple zone configurations. Ductless systems also contain Inverter technology - which means they are very energy efficient to run, and some models are capable of heating down to -20 degrees!
Urtz Service is proud to be a Mitsubishi-Trane Ductless Pro Dealer.

BOILER SYSTEMS
Boilers are special-purpose water heaters. While furnaces carry heat in warm air, boiler systems distribute the heat in hot water, which gives up heat as it passes through radiators or other devices in rooms throughout the house. The cooler water then returns to the boiler to be reheated.
Urtz Service offers multiple styles for boiler heating systems using natural gas, lp, fuel oil, and electric from conventional cast iron systems, to wall mounted high efficiency boilers.
